Stephen G. Dent is a licensed CPA who holds a BA and an MBA from Harvard University.

Stephen spent most of his career in different finance and investment activities, and since 1982, he has worked primarily in the areas of finance, investments and acquisitions.

Mr. Dent worked for three-years for PricewaterhouseCoopers after which he joined the Department of Mergers and Acquisitions at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. following graduate school. In addition, Stephen joined Rosenkranz & Company, which is a private investment partnership that primarily dealt in acquisitions for their own account, before he left the company to establish DCI in 1986.

Today, Stephen is in charge of all the investment activities at DCI, an investment banking firm located in Greenwich, CT. In his spare time, Stephen enjoys spending time with his favorite hobby, marine life; a hobby that began during a trip to Hawaii as a boy.
